Man muss bei alter Hardware oftmals ausserhalb der Box denken (hehe), aber es lässt sich sehen und macht einfach Spaß damit zu arbeiten!

What I'm currently working on:
When 3D racers are enabled, the small ranking portraits now also show the current appearance (even with costumes!).
This is done by capturing image data from the frame buffer in the Player Select screen.

Since I am developing it with Project64, I can safely say that it will run perfectly fine with that emulator. Also, GlideN64 graphics plugin.
But in the end, it's up to you with which emulation setup you enjoy the game.

A sneak peak of the next Mario Kart 64 - Amped Up update.
The "Player Select" screen will properly reflect the "3D Racer" settings, to unify the design across the game.
The portraits contain the actual 3D models!

Yeah, that one was necessary to make some of the new courses more traversable and easier to master some of the longer jumps

The controls are still the same as in the original and the classic courses can also be played within the new game modes.
They will have an easy time to adapt!
