Cuccidati—it’s Christmas season when these cookies appear! Traditional Italian fig cookies filled with figs, dates, almonds, warm spices, and a hint of orange. A labor of love, but the result is a delicious holiday treat.

How do you prepare mushrooms 🍄‍🟫? My three takeaways for great flavor: (1) a hot pan (2) don’t over crowd the pan (3) use a brush to clean your mushrooms- avoid water they are like sponges 🧽
