These are very often the stories of ordinary Canadians, largely forgotten and overlooked. 💪 15 classes in, and I’m officially hooked on reformer Pilates! For the first time ever, exercise is a priority, and I'm up to 3–4 classes a week. Good thing it only took me 38 years to find a physical activity (other than walking!) I enjoy.
