a trackpad is not a mouse wheel! a phone screen is not a mouse wheel! i prefer natural scrolling on trackpads and screens (pushing paper) and mouse wheels to work the opposite way. not being able to set them differently is the worst part of the mac settings actually

(it's scrolling the page, not the bar. exactly how it is on phones too)
