Five-year-old US citizen Génesis Ester Gutiérrez Castellano was detained for a week with her mother at a hotel 80 miles away from their family in an apparent ploy to deport them without access to a lawyer or a hearing before a judge which would have likely prevented their deportation. Deplorable.
Francisco Chan Reyes was racially profiled by ICE goons who swarmed his vehicle, immediately smashed his window, pepper sprayed him and handcuffed him face down in the pavement suffering a head injury and burns. One goon laughed as he withered in pain. Valid paperwork questioned for hours. Monsters.
