I am finally back for Day 7 of Jam Review; today's post features The Kami by Mime5752. Created for the Draw Steel #JamsOfTheTimescape. If you ever wanted to play an origami person, this ancestry fills your niche!

I wanted to thank everyone for the support the posts have been getting, and let people know I plan to continue them.
I want to let folks who are waiting for the next Draw Steel Jam Review post know, I had a surprise appendix removal a few days ago. I will definetly pick it back up, hopefully in the next week. I still plan to do at least 20 days, even if I need to continue after the judges results come in.
Day 6 is finished; this time it's The Silicate by Badcharm. Created for the Draw Steel #JamsOfTheTimescape. I love this ancestry so much; a lot of super cool design choices. Join me as we look at the people of sand with grains of memory.

Being the first submission I have covered that uses art not from the public domain or created by the designer. I want to shout out the artists. vermillion77, who worked on the cover, and kurisu7s, who did the interior art of the Qua'ri. Everyone involved in this ancestry did a great job!
Day 5's post is complete. I have once again pulled a random ancestry from the Draw Steel #JamsOfTheTimescape. In this short review I look over The Qua'ri by Jenny [Redacted]. A really cool aquatic ancestry who not only sails their world but also the Sea of Stars!

Day 4 of Jam Review is upon us as we take a look at The Psychic Spiders from Outer Space by Geoman362. Time to have a Space Jam, Draw Steel style!

Starship is great, it shows your good taste in bug related media.
You never know what the dice will decide 😉. On a fully unrelated note, what is your submission?
*So much fun
Day 3 is upon us as we look at the Nestlings, otherwise known as the Crithire. They were created by @likethejeans.bsky.social. Honestly, this post was so much to write. Draw Steel is not prepared for these little bug-dudes!

Jam Review Day 2 is upon us; join me as I take a look at another Ancestry from the #JamsOfTheTimescape. This time we have the Animiton Ancestry created by Jack Meddick.
And yes, this is a Mascot Horror Ancestry for Draw Steel.

The goal isn’t to point out imperfections or give a solid rating but instead explore the cool ideas present within each of these ancestries; and gush about how I would use them and why others should too!
I have decided to do a series of daily posts reviewing some of the submissions to the most recent Draw Steel #JamsOfTheTimescape. This first entry was randomly chosen out of all 118 submissions. A Imp Ancestry by Atomic Sorcery a name many know from Matt's Streams.

Lol, the idea of The Choir of St. Sasha is they are a people on the isolated island of St. Sasha. They pull stories from an unknown source, and these stories have power. To them it is a curse/burden. They look near identical to humans, but have been changed forever by residing on the island.
As mentioned previously they are heavily inspired by the Myth Album by The Narcissist Cookbook. They explore the idea of burdened storytellers, it was super fun to design them!
We got our submission in late last night with some last minute tweaks for the Draw Steel #JamsOfTheTimescape. You can check it out here:

We are working hard on our Draw Steel #JamsOfTheTimescape submission. With permission from the artist were taking inspiration from Narcissist Cookbook's Myth Album. For people who like experimental albums, I recommend you give it a listen!

In the meantime, I have been reading a book inspired by the King of Yellow, so here is some Draw Steel Homebrew inspired by the book.
Hello Everyone, after an unexpected December break we are preparing to start things back up in January, meaning the next episode of The Psychogenic Symposium is right around the corner with special guest @tintenseher.bsky.social.
Proud to be the 3,097th backer 😎 on @BackerKit Crowdfunding for Draw Steel: Crack the Sun! www.backerkit.com/c/projects/m...
Additionally we’d love to hear from past listeners. Do you prefer 2–3 hour guest episodes, or would you rather have these longer episodes split into parts? We’ve experimented with both formats with the two most recent Draw Steel episodes and are still unsure which works best, so we turn to Bluesky!
We are preparing to upload our newest episode of The Psychogenic Symposium; and I am excited to announce our guest for the upcoming episode is @tintenseher.bsky.social as we once again design for Draw Steel!
