Had to use the whole board today for the Pack Rippers Card Club. We went over the eras of trading cards. 1 of the kids brought up the Honus Wagner card. We opened a package from @Rangers the kids loved getting! Thanks for the TX hospitality! We played games, gave out and traded cards.
Yours!
Have a good evening everyone
Today’s #BravesCardoftheDay is All Star and ‘74 NL ERA leader Buzz Capra. The ‘75 card definitely has seen better days! He played for ATL from ‘74-‘77. After retiring, he went on to become a pitching coach and manager, in the Mets’, Phillies’, and Braves' respective farm systems.
Entire Giants lot to first claim. I’m looking for Braves & Univ of Alabama players in college or pro gear. I need #47 Austin Riley & #201 Nacho Alvarez of 2025 A&G to complete my base Braves team set if anyone has one available. Also looking for ‘25 Topps ASG cards to complete my set. See right pic!
Have a good day everyone!
Today’s #BravesCardoftheDay is the ‘64 MIL Braves. They finished in 5th place with a 88–74 record, five games behind the WS Champ STL Cards. It was the franchise's penultimate season in MIL. They attempted to move to ATL after the season was over but was delayed a year & the team moved in ‘66.
Definitely my best pack to date!

Had an extended Pack Rippers card club, 2 hours long! I started a new segment: question of the day that the kids ask me. Look at the question I was asked! What a great question. I gave out cups I got the kids when I was at spring training. We played games and gave out/traded cards too!
Today’s #BravesCardoftheDay is Mike McQueen. He played for ATL from ‘69-‘72. He had an injury plagued career but from 1969 to 1974 McQueen appeared in 73 games as a pitcher, making 19 starts for the Braves and Reds.
Have a great evening everyone
Love the 1960 set

Today’s #BravesCardoftheDay is All Star Shane Greene. He played for ATL from ‘19-‘21. He also played for NYY, DET, LAD, and CHC. He temporarily joined the Diablos Rojos del México during the 2026 Baseball Champions League Americas.
Last week the Pack Rippers went over card manufacturers, opened mail from the WhiteSox & Ravens, gave out more caps from @bobbothe37.bsky.social , played games, gave out cards and traded as well! Thanks to everyone who supports us!
I’ve missed a few Pack Rippers post, my apologies! A few weeks ago we reviewed card care again and gave out penny sleeves, top loaders and binder pages to help those that needed supplies. I also gave out a pretty cool gift from @bobbothe37.bsky.social The entire club got ball caps from him!
Today’s #BravesCardoftheDay is Jimmy Kremers. He played for ATL in ‘90. In ‘91 he was traded to the Expos for Otis Nixon, who would go on to steal 72 bases for the Braves as they won the 1991 National League pennant. He played 5 more years in the minor leagues before retiring.
Have a good day everyone!
Today’s #BravesCardoftheDay is All Star ‘02 Jose Hernandez. He played for ATL in ‘99. Primarily a shortstop, Hernández played every position except pitcher. He also played for TX, CLE, CHC, MIL, COL, PIT, LAD, PHIL and coached for BAL.
Have a good day everyone!
