When I hear that the DOGE team is going to be involved with FAA and modernization/safety, I get more concerned.
He can’t make his cars drive themselves safely, including basic issues with phantom breaking.
And focus on “efficiency” is so high that it undermines other important needs.

As I understand it, it’s near the joint. For me, it presents as a sharp shoulder pain.
I wish I had gone to a doc sooner — PT exercises have strengthened the muscles around the shoulder w/o straining the tear, a steroid shot has helped, and the MRI confirmed the tear.
I hope you recover well!

I normally have matcha proats for post-workout breakfast (matcha, protein powder, oats, walnuts, and hemp hearts), but today I tried out golden proats (subbing turmeric paste in for the matcha).

Backblaze saved my butt today.
I had a filefull (ok, not a filefull since I’m not talking about Caché, but an Unraid disk space issue) and lost my multi year budget xlsx when attempting to save an update.
Restored from cloud in just a couple minutes and was back on my feet. Phew. 😅

I set a new fastest 5K time of 00:28:40 with my #AppleWatch.
Finally got out there again. A bit chilly at first with the temp around 32° F and some flurries, but definitely warmed up.

20 lbs for the mediums and 35 lbs for the heavies, today. My heart rate shows the difference!

Taken in the bathroom, a roll of clean paper towels sitting on top of an overflowing, open-top trash bin. The moisture from some of the used paper towels has seeped into the clean roll.
Although, this was probably one of the worst placements of a roll of paper towels in the bathroom that I’ve seen in a long time. This was at Hy-Vee.
