The Bourne Blu-ray box-set includes the Bourne Legacy. This is a travesty, but probably the only way to shift the stock.

The start of another work-week(end) for me tomorrow evening, but I have two extra days off next week, giving me the whole mon-fri off. Can I find the motivation to tackle those outstanding jobs I keep saying I'm out of time for? We'll see!

Having a little white wine tonight rather than my preferred red means I won't be constipated for hours tomorrow then have black shit.

Needs saying again. The US was founded by old, rich, white men who wanted to be richer.

Lawn mower out tomorrow again. This gardening lark is constant, isn't it? ๐Ÿ˜„ Still cool weather, but although not shooting up, the sunflowers are sturdy and looking healthy. Even the wild flower mix is finally sprouting.

I've had this for donkeys. Am I committing a criminal offence if I wear it now?

I've reverted the Nissan Note to it's original, nondescript number plate. The private one it came with just wasn't me! I've never seen the point in personal plates for dull cars anyway.

Royal Mail's delivery of between 10:40 and 14:05 is looking nearer the far end of that. I could have done with not sitting in waiting 4 hours tbh.

Really wanted to wash the car, but although it's sunny, there's a nippy breeze knocking back an already cool 9C.

Reseeding grass, bird feeder to distract didn't work. Just made the little buggers aware grass seed was to be had ๐Ÿคฃ

My wild flowers are disappointing. But sunflowers are steaming ahead. Bees, birds, gonna love them. Birdbath on order. Leylandii is infested, coming down.

Club-footed and also hormonally imbalanced, like his grand-daddy. But with smaller tits. I was rapt.

Reform have no intention of changing this, but it's perception, not intention. That's what they vampirically feed off.

I don't think Reform will get control of Sunderland. But I do think it'll be close, with ward gains. The chattering classes can clutch pearls, and still never grasp how let down we feel. That's the crux. Feeling let down, unheard. Plebs.

Nothing to hide, nothing to fear. FFS, he really said that. Wankers.

Up next is The Force:North East. In Sunderland, a car is stolen and two women are fighting in the street. That must have taken some serious patience and documentary research.

Far from being a scientist (my O levels notwithstanding lol), even further from a conspiracy nut, but I really have issues with the word conclusively. I'm more akin to as far as we can conclude right now.

Dear millennial managers. Please don't use the phrase 'at the coal face ' when there's a former mine-worker present.

Bathroom cabinet fail. So I'm just pretending I didn't want it there anyway.

Bolstered by my just now success of mounting the adjustable shaving mirror, could tonight be the night I get the bathroom cabinet on the wall, too? Never a lesbian around when a puff needs you!

Dear oh dear, Sunderland. If you vote Reform in, you deserve all you get ๐Ÿ˜ก. Like Durham Council is realising, these people are extremists and you wiil end up with a shambles!!

Durham's timeless South Bailey in NE England after recent work that saw temporary repairs of the cobbled street given a makeover with re-laid cobbles and running strips for the few vehicles that need access.

Durham's South Bailey cobbled road in NE England looking absolutely fabulous now, following a substantial and sympathetic make-over โ€“ that's a job well done!

Pretty sure the reason over 60's aren't seen as much doing ocean watersports isn't the cold, or the exertion. It's the getting in and out of a wetsuit.

Starting tomorrow (Thursday) at 16:10 BST, I'm on my 4-day break from learning stuff and doing things I like to do. Retirement is still 4-ish years away, and I can't wait. Worked since 1980, and I really want to get off this ride.

The son (36) thinks I should keep both, so he can have one when he learns to drive. Not started lessons yet, so I think I'm safe. Besides, despite the 2014 facelift and a 1.5 turbo diesel, the Note is still a (albeit slightly nippier) staid Note, and a C4 Picasso is maybe not great as a first car.

Looking to insure both my two old cars while I decide which one is a keeper. Wow. The cost! Do they think I'll be driving both simultaneously?

A monochrome photo using 35mm film. It shows a car wheel and tyre, discarded and partially buried in rocks and sand at Ryhope beach.

I decided to take the Pentax ME Super out last week, but on a whim stuck a later 35-70 from my SFX on the front. Loaded with FP4. Dev'd in Rodinal 1:50 15mins. Ryhope Beach, Sunderland. #fridayfavourites #fp4party
