My hope is that if they really are doing it, it's in HD2D style or like Dragon Quest VII: Reimagined. Keep it tightly paced like the OG, the battle system the same, just give my favorite JRPG a coat of fresh paint, add in VA, and add in a scene or two.
If I ever see Xenogears remade I'll go nuts.
