As this month comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to pause. 💜With World Cancer Day and the launch of the new Cancer Plan for England, there has been a lot of cancer conversation in the media and on our feeds. Important, but also heavy.
If it’s felt overwhelming, it’s okay to take a break.

Supporting someone with MBC doesn’t require grand gestures.

It starts with listening.
It continues with believing.
And it shows in small, specific acts of help.

If you’ve ever wondered “What can I do?” - this is your guide.

Tag someone who shows up. Or be that person for someone today.

A diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer changes every part of life - physically, emotionally, psychologically, and intimately.

Lobular breast cancer can behave very differently to other types of breast cancer - especially when it spreads. It can metastasise to less commonly recognised areas such as the gastrointestinal tract, ovaries or even around the eyes and its symptoms are often subtle, unfamiliar, or easily dismissed.

Stepping forward after the death of dear friends takes immense courage. Sue’s words remind us that advocacy doesn’t end with one voice - it carries on through those who believe deeply in the work and the people behind it.
