As this month comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to pause. 💜With World Cancer Day and the launch of the new Cancer Plan for England, there has been a lot of cancer conversation in the media and on our feeds. Important, but also heavy.
If it’s felt overwhelming, it’s okay to take a break.

Supporting someone with MBC doesn’t require grand gestures.
It starts with listening.
It continues with believing.
And it shows in small, specific acts of help.
If you’ve ever wondered “What can I do?” - this is your guide.
Tag someone who shows up. Or be that person for someone today.
Today we remember Jo Taylor - founder of METUPUK, passionate advocate, and a powerful voice for those living with Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC).💜
We honour her by continuing the mission she began, improving and extending lives through awareness, advocacy and access to treatments.

This month we remember Emily Roberts who died four years ago on February 7th 2022. Emily was a mum to three young girls and faced her diagnosis with honesty, courage, and determination. She campaigned tirelessly for more research, more funding, and greater awareness of MBC.
A diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer changes every part of life - physically, emotionally, psychologically, and intimately.
While many treatment side effects are discussed openly, the impact on sexual health and intimacy is still too often left in the shadows.
