Sorry, just realised the check isn’t a tablecloth! Didn’t understand what I was looking at ( having cataract surgery tomorrow). Simple piano key lines would be good on that border. Cute how it pulls the roof of the barn to the edges

Do you want to put a border around it? I like it how you have it now . You could just do a facing , or piping edge & keep it clean & modern. It’s lovely! Reminds me of Washington tulip fields❣️

It does fine so long as you use the right kinds of plants & mordant your fabrics well. There is a lot to learn about eco printing & dyeing. I still feel like a beginner & I started working with natural dyes in 1994!
