Morning run. It has been a while, since I passed the castle. In a month or so it will be daily, when the lake is warm enough for a morning swim.
Qualified for Boston Marathon in 2010, but had to postpone for a year to 2011 due to erupting Icelandic vulcano.
Still a good story. It took a vulcano to stop me 😀

4 years ago the track & field club had 1 - now it has 20. The youngest is 16. The oldest 92.
