I won't lie, I often feel like I'm behind & that I constantly have to prove myself and defend my decisions

It's easy to look past the minor things when I compare things to how actually hellish this time last year was

Still combating this feeling on the daily, but some temptations will always haunt you I suppose.

Like, the demons persist, but I'm not going to fall for their tricks so easily.

Good news is January, aside from being cold as fuck, was a pretty good month

I used to really struggle with that "things are going too well..." anxiety, so it's weird feeling so consistenly positive
