PEM so bad splitting headache can't stand up flu feeling eye pain burning muscles racing hearrtyet have to go downstairs wash dishes and pans then make food. this is insane. appointment tomorrow will talk about it hopefully . can't go on. this has made me permanently worse. no phone now ta-ta

huh. had another of the microwave meals I reacted poorly to the other day but today was fine. so that wasn't a standard allergic reaction. the tuna salad was, but not the tagine thing. perhaps it's because I'd already had an allergic reaction that day? not sure. been reacting to more & more #MECFS

Like I literally said to her that I have NO income and am not on benefits so I can't afford a bunch of prescriptions. AND I was really clear about which meds I've already tried & which I'm allergic to. She promised me 2 meds I never got and prescribed a shit ton of things I can't use.

Guess I have to risk pissing off the latest doctor by contacting the surgery to tell them to stop prescribing things I've already told them I can't use, especially when I told them I have no income and asked them not to keep prescribing things unless they discuss it with me first...

and 2 of those 3 are because she decided to prescribe different things from what we'd discussed. She left me with a piece of paper clearly stating she would prescribe two things and I didn't get either.

I've emailed pharmacy2u to try and cancel. I doubt they'll do anything.
I don't have any way to get them other than using this service, but as soon as a prescription is issued by the GP they process it and charge me. I can't cancel them, get no say in it.

Just got charged £9.90 out of nowhere for another bloody prescription nobody ran by me, and it's something I'm *allergic* to FFS
I told the doctor I have no income & couldn't afford more than 2 prescriptions. That's 7 she prescribed (£70) 3 of which I can't use. I am so TIRED.

ended up finding a TON of mould which emitted huge clouds of spires so I had asthma troubles again and then had to do a load of cleaning and going up and down stairs. fucking exhausted. feel very flu-y already. can't go on this way, this is ridiculous. shaking like crazy again.

GP won't write letter for LDN provider again so can't get it. they won't prescribe without another letter and won't accept previous one for some reason.

yeah that was too much unfortunately. getting noodles and opening door do much now I guess. have severe light sensitivity again, sore throat, exhausted. have to try wash hair now in extremely bright bathroom want to cry.

Asked mum to keep kitchen curtain closed again and came downstairs to find them pulled even further apart than usual. I'm going to have to tell the doctors, I think.

It's not just like "aah it's too bright!"
It causes immediate pain behind my eyes and in my forehead that lasts for ages, and if I try to stay in the light I get flu feeling and crash. Again, I have to not think about it for now because it's so upsetting. Praying it passes eventually.

Tried going outside. Unfortunately still can't tolerate daylight, even with sunglasses and cap on, and on shady side of house.
Mad to think that just a couple weeks ago I had no problems with light sensitivity, even during a crash.
Trying not to think about it as it's too depressing #MECFS

Americans always give me recs for iron types but can't get them in the Europe.

I just wish I could find an iron supplement I could tolerate since I have proof I'm deficient. Even the liquid ones and gentle ones cause *severe* pain and gastritis (as shown on gastroscopy). Previously had stomach ulcer after taking though doctor insisted it was coincidental (I'm not convinced)

This is day 3 of taking the vit D, NAC and B12. Been taking multivit for a while. First day for others. Just found taurine and zinc too. Might as well? I bought them years ago when I was trying to lessen the tinnitus and hyperacusis (futile).

Found a bunch of old supplements & vitamins so thought I might as well give them a go before they expire. Multivitamin, B12, vit D, fexofenadine, famotidine, NAC, L-carnitine & magnésium 🤞🏻 my esophagus isn't loving it (still think I probably have a sticture) but hoping it might help with crashes.

seem to be extremely reactive to food at the moment. I don't know what's going on. even things I've eaten before with no issues are causing sore mouth and throat, mouth ulcers, rashes, upset stomach. what the hell is this #MECFS

I'm so tired

I had to go outside to get order as mum won't bring stuff up anymore. had severe stabbing pain behind eyes from daylight even while wearing sunglasses. pain still there. I'm going to bed

I spent all my food money on things I'm allergic to and can't use. I bought peaches and they sent mixed fruit with pineapple in, won't refund. bought tuna salads allergic to. bought microwave tagines and I've had same reaction again. sweaty, upset stomach, sore mouth, tight throat and wheezing.

oh I got a banana to eat later since won't be able to do stairs again
hope having a nice weekend

made scrambled eggs with tomato and spring onions. also wanted tea but kettle's gone for some reason. had to use microwave without ear defenders since left then upstairs and no energy to go up down up again. beeps killing me so so painful in my ears. have had tea, eggs. so fucking tired back to bed.

ugh legs weird to walk on too, apparently. can't walk properly! like they're heavy but also bouncy? and weak. walking like it's my first ever time. what the fuck is all of this. phone causing stabbing eye pain. later ✌🏻

desperately need food but snacks delivery delayed. wish me luck have to try and make eggs downstairs please send strength. so shaky and weak and nauseated can't even hold or lift normal things. laptop, chair, phone feel at least 3 times as heavy today. pissed off about it tbh extremely frustrating

can't use phone again today can't do anything. documenting that PEM now delayed by 2 days after big exertion/big stress on body #MECFS

won't be able to leave room for hours. have to open window wide, thankfully not too noisy but cold and difficult to open and close. splitting headache flu feeling have to get off phone. they're ramping it all up again.
