Is it possible to get a job or internship in publishing if you aren't in college and have only worked entry level customer service before?

Literally howww do other ppl write their first drafts without feeling like it needs to be perfect? I know it just needs to exist, but I want it to exist perfectly. I can't get over this mental block of feeling like everything I'm writing is shitty. #writersky

I never related to 'being sad you can't experience something for the first time again' until that series. I watch it every fall but nothing compares to starting it on a whim with zero expectations.

Just watched a withcindy video where she said that poc who're shy about claiming their identity need to proudly claim it bc if we don't a white person will, and that was very validating as someone who struggles with her ethnic/cultural identity. I will be tagging my pitches with #ownvoices :p
I just watched my first-ever Hitchcock, Dial M for Murder, and no exaggeration it's one of the best movies I've ever seen. #filmsky
How do y'all plot your books? I'm struggling so much with my outline </3
