Terms and Conditions Will Animate: Character animation including original characters, emotes and alerts for streaming platforms such as Twitch, fan animation of characters, adaptations from book or screenplays, and characters for independent projects. Base rate only includes one (1) character. Additional characters will be an extra charge of $50+ per character depending on complexity. "Spicy" and suggestive content will be an additional $100. Won't Animate: Immoral subjects include, but not limited to ships with minors, ships with real people, "spicy" content with under 18 characters, propaganda, hate speech, or offensive imagery. Intellectual Property: You may not use my work to be trained on any ai model. Doing so will result in an immediate blacklist and forfeiture of any refund or future service. If a refund (partial or full) is issued, the client forfeits all rights to the artwork and may not use any drafts or assets provided. I retain the right to display my commissioned work in my portfolio unless a privacy fee of $50 is paid.

Terms and Conditions Payment and Refunds: 50% of the deposit upfront is required before starting work. Refunds are not granted to those changing their minds. Client's approval of finished work(s) will constitute as a full acceptance of the work as-is. No refunds will be issued post-delivery. If during initial drafting/sketching phases, both parties agree that artistic direction doesn't fit, a partial refund may be issued. The artist retains 50% of the deposit to cover labor spent, but the remaining balance will be repaid. In the event of a documented emergency (e.g., medical crisis or natural disaster) the project may be terminated. The artist will retain the 50% deposit as a kill fee. Full refunds are reserved for technical failures and personal emergencies on the artist. Final high-resolution files will be delivered only after the commission is 100% paid. Payments are done via PayPal. $30/sec for Emotes. $35/sec for Alerts. $45/sec for Full Production.
