A1 #TeacherEd #SpEd I completely agree with you, as this is my first year and I feel it gets very difficult to not get trapped in one work for all thing.

#TeacherEd #SpEd A1- the biggest challenge is making parents accept that their child needs special assistance. Some parents are very much in denial.

As a gen ed teacher in First Grade, This is my first year teaching a full year. I am experiencing challenges to find a balance with gen Ed students and students who need special attention. I can use fidgets in my class but how to maintain that they are not distracted by these.

#stereotypethreat and #testanxiety Test anxiety can make students feel nervous and distracted during assessments.
It can affect their ability to think clearly, remember information, and focus.
As a result, students may perform below their actual understanding and ability.

#TeacherEd#Grading i really like how you ave clearly explained that students do need more of feedback than the grades. Being a first grade teacher myself, I believe it is very important to provide the students with the feedback right at the moment when you see the he/she needs it.
