As a gen ed teacher in First Grade, This is my first year teaching a full year. I am experiencing challenges to find a balance with gen Ed students and students who need special attention. I can use fidgets in my class but how to maintain that they are not distracted by these.

#TeacherEd#Grading i really like how you ave clearly explained that students do need more of feedback than the grades. Being a first grade teacher myself, I believe it is very important to provide the students with the feedback right at the moment when you see the he/she needs it.
