I was on Twitter/X for nearly 15 years, having opened a "work" account during my first RA job as an MSc graduate. It feels strange to mothball that account, but being able to clearly follow other researchers here without the ads, irrelevant posts, & general bin-fire X has become is very refreshing!
I wrote a commentary in NF on regulatory responses to UPFs, rehearsing things I (and others) have been saying for some years - governments need to focus policy on companies as well as products - only higher level interventions will shape a healthier food system...
