New black swimsuit. I made it by overlaying a stretch netting over swim lining and elastic. I think it's a pretty cool texture. It's all sewn by hand to hide the stitching in the net.

There isn't a pattern sorry, it's just self-drafted and fitted as a one off.

I made this short sleeve dress in embroidered black organza a while ago, along with a matching slip. It's a geometric black and silver pattern. It's a pretty expensive fabric, so I kept the design clean and fabric efficient and focused on seam and hem details.

Purple cotton seersucker blouse and plaid wool pencil skirt.
I had to make the top short sleeved, and the skirt end in a light stripe, because I couldn't get enough fabrics, but I still like this colour combination a lot, and it's nice to use up leftovers.

My cashmere wool slip dress. Very simple but extremely comfortable and warm in a beautiful knit fabric. Both the dress and coat are using fabrics from Momo in Nippori fabric town, which I firmly believe is the nicest smelling fabric store on earth.

Linen voile blouse and wide-leg trousers. I got this Italian linen voile in a few different patterns from Simply Fabrics in Brixton, London. Of course it takes a bit of ironing, but is so lovely & breathable in the hot weather.

This is my 1990 Honda VFR400R NC30, which I used to visit every prefecture in Japan, then imported to Australia.

I'm in Perth, Western Australia, and previously lived in Sydney, Tokyo & London. I draft from scratch, and am influenced by Japanese style women's office wear, Australian style swim/resort, and English style tailoring. I sew for myself and friends, and want to do more work sewing for GNC people.

I made a starter pack for other sewists migrating over from meta-based apps. Includes home sewists, independent pattern designers, and some fabric merchants. If you have adds, please share them with me so we can grow the list!
