The only solace I can take is people are not going to trash Arator the way people trashed Wuk Lamat because he's not a woman or played by a trans woman. But dude bros have been raging about men not being cold heartless animals in WoW for a couple of expansions now.
This is not about constructive criticism, this is about people whining and crying because it didn't turn out like they wanted personally, things that are incredibly fukcing arbitrary, and just generally shitting on the company because the unfinished story is unfinished.

I love being a male character going on a girl journey. Stormblood was great, hanging out with Lyse, Alisaie and Yugiri most of that way. Midnight, with Moira and Faerin and Alleria, and later.... Alleria and Xal'atath lol. Running around [Midnight Zone] with [Redacted] and [New Character].
There are so many cats across Azeroth for Narish to touch noses with.
I have to pay attention to this each time I bring a character through. Not a lot of NPCs refer to me as a Kaldorei instead of a Night Elf.
