This is def interesting imo. Don't know how it will taste but they must be cooking. No secret that SL was a rough time and the article supports that point. I wonder if both SL & DF stories are meant to be connected now by the Titan plots, somehow. If that makes sense?

Kael'thas should have shown up instead of Sylvanas in Midnight (hell have him say Sylv messaged him after Arator talked to her, that's fine)
There should be a lot more focus on the fel and blood/anima magic (both the mogu stuff and Revendreth stuff) and the Horde too.

Popping in as basically a deus ex machina, have a sorta flat, unearned reunion, say some vague shit and then leave again is not it. Like this cinematic told us nothing new and didn't really move the plot in any way

I think I'm getting really tired of these character-centered stories. Even raid finale cinematics don't feel exciting because you know it'll be a "so what will happen to the Windrunners now?". Just count how many Alleria and Arator have been in and compare it to other characters.

The main nightborne characters (Thalyssra, Valtrois, Oculeth, Ly'leth and imo also Silgryn) should get more unique models. I'm like 99% certain that a lot of people missed Valtrois being present here simply because she looks almost the exact same as the other npcs.

Like they literally just sit down and talk. And then Xal'atath pulls a Jailer and goes "hmm. I COULD kill you. or I could leave for, no apparent reason". I'm glad Sylvanas acknowledges her penance is far from over and goes RIGHT back to the hole she crawled out of, though
That Warcraft cinematic is just awful, why the hell are they bringing Sylvanas back and referencing the worst recieved storyline in the history of the game? Are they masochists?

#MidnightSpoilers My biggest issue with this expansion is the pacing, especially in Zul'Aman.
While I did enjoy the experience overall, I would've liked the story to have moved a little slower. Being constrained to 10 levels causes the writing to suffer, imo.
