The Supreme Court is deciding whether or not to block states from counting ballots that were legally cast by eligible voters by Election Day simply because they arrived late through the mail.
The President just signed an exec. order that would allow him to create a list of who gets to vote by mail... and who doesn’t. That's not how we run elections in America: Our founders wrote the Constitution specifically to prevent one man from having that much power.

Congress is considering the SAVE America Act, a bill that would throw voter registration in every state into chaos in the middle of a major election cycle. Lawful citizens will be blocked from voting if this passes.

I joined Senator @wyden.senate.gov & voter rights advocates for a press conference in Portland to denounce the so-called SAVE Act & any legislation intended to add barriers between American citizens & your right to vote. We will continue to fight voter suppression.
