Exposing a global ‘online rape academy’ that is teaching men how to abuse women and evade detection CNN exposes an online network of men encouraging each other to drug and assault their partners, and swap tips on how to get away with it.

62 million (men) attended an online rape academy last month alone.

When men like Clavicular are not ACTUALLY popular YouTubers & are suddenly thrust in the public eye, do you ever wonder who's behind it? Why?

Someone, somewhere, is really working hard to ensure young men WANT to subjugate women.

RIGHT??!
Generally for healthy people we don't fret over HR as long as they feel fine and it recovers.
AND I was happy to see that the data supports a wide range of MaxHR as normal

How To Calculate Your Maximum Heart Rate | Polar Global When you know your maximum heart rate, you can calculate your heart rate zones and train at the right intensity. Read how to calculate your max HR.

The moral of the story is:
If you want to train accurately, use a field test to figure out what's accurate for YOU!
Max HR at age 50 varies by 60BPM person to person in the Edvardsen study.
The only equipment needed is shoes and a hill.

As you can see, most people are actually above the mean. And there are definitely a smattering of folks in my age group with similarly high MaxHR.

By the easy formula, my 49yo ass has a MaxHR of 171. By the gendered formula 163. But Garmin reports me at 195 at max effort.

Am I ok? Wait 30 seconds, I can continue high effort work comfortably.
I'm fit, avg resting HR of 59. But is it ok to train at that level? So I looked for the data.....

This is a thread about why you need to measure your own MaxHR.

Standard practice is 220-age
Or for women, 206-(0.88 x age)

If you're training, that number is used to calculate your training zones for cardiovascular fitness so you want it to be accurate!

Solar over a single car parking space will produce about 5000 kWh per year.

This converts to 20,000 miles per year in EV that gets 4 miles per kilowatt hour.

As Canadian pundits react to the NDP's new leader, an anti-Zionist Jew, now is great time to learn more about CIJA, the organization that claims to represent Canadian Jews but primarily serves as an unofficial Israeli lobby.

Not in the house, Colin. In the house you represent all religions, not just yours.
It's horrifying watching America fight a Christo-facist war. We can't let that happen here.

Which is why I’ll never even consider voting for anyone who pulls this sh!t & the party faithful that shows up at my door during election season is going to get an ear full.

If I want religion I’ll go to a place of worship. I want my politicians focused on civil SERVICE, not religious rights.

You seem like a good dude. Imagine how many of your clueless citizens show up at the border with guns. 88% of firearms used in Canadian crimes come from the US. As a sovereign nation with an American gun problem it makes sense to check. You're not a criminal, just an American!

I set Do not Disturb on my iPhone at bed, but some Nigerian scammer managed to get through the blockers at 5 AM and wake me up.

Fun fact, iPhone considers WhatsApp calls a phone call and if they call twice in a row they'll get through your blocker.

PSA: disable unknown callers on WhatsApp.
