I went to the DC protest yesterday. Rep Jamie Raskin is a great speaker. It was great to see everybody gathering to speak out against injustice.

They help pages say they offer live chat, but none of the account recovery ones do. I just need to get a code sent to the landline! That's it! I'm not trying to circumvent security 😩. Meanwhile, their support number is a bot that tells you it can't help with anything
