Next event up is the winding paths canal canter in Tiverton. A 6.5 mile course and a 7hr time limit to run as many loops as possible. I’m raising money for Mind , the plan is to run at least 12 events over twelve months. #running #mind

Ran the summer canal canter in Tiverton this morning. Strava time 01:53. Felt good for first half and slowed a lot over second half. But better than my last half which is an improvement. #running #mind #devon
