how did i tear it ? actually no idea because i exclusively use mobility aids to get around and havent had any falls cause i get on the floor before any fainting spells. It lowkey feels like i have pissed off a wizard and they are firing curses left and right
i feel like a whiney baby but im weaning off steroids after being on them for a year and im at the point where the withdrawal symptoms r the worst and it is actual hell 😭 steroids r for crohns but going off is flaring my asthma AND bad hip ( which i tore the cartilage a few months back)
