To celebrate, we treated our employees to a visit from a food van serving delicious Easter treats and fresh coffees, a small thank you for all their hard work. 💛

Yesterday, some of our employees got the opportunity to join a BSL taster session ran by the British Deaf Association which included:

⭐ An introduction to British Sign Language
⭐ Insight into Deaf culture and community
⭐ Practice steps we can take to make our workplace more inclusive

We had employees take part in alignment training last week. The training is focused on continuous improvement and aligning all employees to the strategy, as well as supporting with strengthening collaboration, improving communication, and ensuring we are all working towards the same goals.

We are pleased to introduce our new visitor sign-in system using DigiGreet, designed to improve site security and create a smoother arrival experience for our guests.

Last week the Procurement , Sales, and Engineering teams attended awareness training as we continued our Modern Day Slavery training presented by Stronger Together.

In May, we combined #NationalWalkingMonth and #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth with a company-wide Step Challenge to encourage movement and mindfulness. We collected step counts each week and saw great engagement across the company.

We've given our outdoor space a much-needed refresh, creating a welcoming spot for employees to enjoy. A big thank you to everyone involved in the revamp.

Yesterday, we celebrated Random Act of Kindness Day!
We left small cards for employees to nominate colleagues who have gone the extra mile with their kindness. Now, our senior leadership team will review these nominations and reward a few individuals with a small gift as a token of appreciation. 🎁

Last week, we came together to support #WorldCancerDay, raising funds for Cancer Research UK. Everyone who donated also received a cake as a sweet thank-you! 🍰
Thanks to the generosity of our staff, we raised £79, which was then topped up by the company to £100! 🎗️💜
