In May, we combined #NationalWalkingMonth and #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth with a company-wide Step Challenge to encourage movement and mindfulness. We collected step counts each week and saw great engagement across the company.

The Sill is a fantastic place to start your journey to Hadrian's Wall and the National Park. Today's walk we are recommending for #NationalWalkingMonth, starts at The Sill and ends at Windshield Crags, the highest point of Hadrian's Wall.
