My first #prop! It’s a pipe revolver from #fallout. I’m still deciding whether to add some tape to the handle to finish the look, but this was my first try at painting rust, and I think it looks pretty good.

I still can’t quite figure out how to edit these to look like they do to my eyes, but these are close. I’m working on skin now and got a good result before dirtying them up. Only needs a brown wash now, but I’m waiting to do that until the other guys are painted. Thanks for coming to my ramble.

Biggest build ever! I made plenty of mistakes and learned a ton about this process, but I am super proud of how this came out!! (This will be used in a fallout themed game) #miniaturepainting #scatterterrain #ttrpg #fallout

Got tons of terrain bits and about 8 more figures primed last night. The “to be painted” pile is really stacking up!

Made some tiny kitchen props and tried to print them in filament instead of resin. Pretty good results, I love the bowl and frying pan. The soda bottle looks pretty good too!

Here is a little video related to my last post. 1/72 scale, first time building and painting something like this (I know I screwed up the front bit). #miniaturepainting

Quick update: I painted the jeep and got to learn how to use transfer decals! Honestly, I could make it rustier and add some mud and gunk, but I’ve got nothing to complain about. I hope you build or paint something you’re proud of today.

I’ve wanted to build models forever, so this holiday season I decided there’s no time like the present and my wife bought me a model kit. I made some pretty obvious mistakes for any skilled creator, but I’m still proud and happy with the result! 1/72 scale.

I got this one for Christmas. I’ve been having the same experience, absolutely amazing.

I’m experimenting with making some small bits with my FDM printer to save some resin and some time. This fella turned out great, almost no visible layer lines at all. Gotta get better at taking pictures, this looks really blown out. #fallout #3dprinting #fdm #miniaturepainting #miniature
