Monte Enebro 🇪🇸 🐐 from Rafael Baez. Smells creamy, mushroomy and floral (almost alpine). Soft and tangy, with citrusy notes of lemon and grapefruit, and a salty aftertaste. The mushroom note is still prominent. Paired with autumn crisp grapes and sable grapes. 8/10 #redharescheese
