The Employer is looking to pull workers from the NJC agreement, meaning their access to the attached benefits package is severely under threat.
We've just been down the Brighton Museums @gmb.org.uk picket line at #PrestonManor.
Workers are facing cuts to sick pay, maternity leave, holiday allowance etc to the legal minimum and removing access to pay rises for staff members from April 1st.
