Personally, I’ve always liked reading about necromancy and dark magics. Some kind of elemental magic would be cool too. Or divination.

Magic. But that “magic” is kind of tied to a genetic system (think the quirks in MHA) but it all stems back to one individual with magic. Hayden, personally, prefers the more factual version and doesn’t quite believe the origin tale of Nuvali “magic” #theheartofnuval

Day 15 of #fantasyindiesjune! So, the only father(s) really present in #theheartofnuval is that of one character I haven’t talked about much, named Arik, and Arik’s grandfather is mentioned and has a big role in the story but he doesn’t really become present until much later

I wouldn’t consider myself superstitious, no, at least not in all regards. Do I believe anything bad is going to happen because you walked under a ladder? No. Do I believe in knock on wood? Not really I mostly do it because it’s funny 😅
