So proud my postdoctoral work is finally out!
We designed an assay to measure cfDNA and DNA mutations in samples collected simultaneously to lower limits of detection in liquid biopsy assays, using clonal hematopoiesis as an example.

Recently I moved from offspring to maternal health, studying the role of bile acids in pathogenesis of human GDM. I found serum bile acids are associated with insulin resistance, and increased in GDM in European (but not in South Asian) women: obgyn.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/...
