My hand, holding the start of a cuff down sock, knit with alternating stripes of gold and deep pink. The background is a duvet cover, white with a black grid pattern, on which lays a finished sock, the balls of working yarn, and a folded paper with hand knit instructions.

Second sock syndrome is real!! Today I’m working on one of my many unfinished sock projects. This beauty uses yarn from 2024’s summer solstice bundle. The stripes are knit in the colorways Tarnish, and Pink Sapphire. Pattern is inspired by Summer Lee patterns, and uses the Strong heel.
