While Eliza Dee's Universes technically qualified for submission to the ALA's Schneider, they changed the rules after receiving my submission to allow hardback only in the future. I don't get the rights to create that myself until 2036. Hopefully my publisher can produce hardbacks sooner!

Yeah. It's a rough time for community. Especially annoying when people really need that right now.
Since the only requirement is lack of belief, it can otherwise come in all flavors. Humanism is a nice bunch, but community individualism is herding cats. Collectivism had more merit than anticipated. Humans will destroy the planet before society makes sense.

The UnitedHealthcare master will be replaced. This iteration of the slave/master system is due to continue until planetary destruction kills off the ability to do so. Ensure the internet entertains the peasants to death; hand kids their pocket compliance device.
Balk in an echo chamber, powerless.
Eliza Dee's Universes qualified for submission to the American Library Association's Schneider Family Book Award jury. Regardless of whether or not it even makes their shortlist, it's an honor.
I'm proud of my work. π

Smart! π₯³
I am worried about the physical and mental well-being of living things. I'm okay with my inability to control any of that. My worry is enough to check in to see if they are making long-term self-care plans. It's okay if plans change and you do your best. Preparation is standard in disaster cycle.
I'm not worried about the void. π€·ββοΈ
Lol. I have a genetic chronic pain condition. I live daily like with full or partial dislocations. I am hoarding medical braces from Temu. But yeah, death is way easier than this. π€£π₯³
I feel like many people are doing emotional prep. Bracing for impact or relaxing as much as they can. I bought Temu medical braces before they cost a fortune.
I'm preparing to offer what I can. Every scenario where Seattle becomes dangerous seem like "dangerous everywhere" scenarios.
How are you preparing for the #AmericanApocalypse?
I'm thinking that's a spot many find themselves in. Should a time come, I hope there will be options. I know I'll be a part of helping people get to safety if that's what is needed.
Lol. They're rated well. π€£
No procedure needed. Deep tissue muscle strain, no chewing for 3 weeks. Thank you for this advice! We're planning things out to get started...the sooner the better, but we want to make sure we're doing it right before we get going. π
