Who uses T-Mobile?? Been a customer of Sprint, now T-mobile, for over 20 years. The customer service over the last 2 months has been PATHETIC (save for one person). With over 4 hours in person and 3 hrs with their “technical” I’ve seen one person satisfied. WTF??! #tmobilesucks #customerservicefails
