Yes I did, I translated them all! 8 poetry collections by Anne Sexton. They came out in these gorgeous books published by the French feminist press Editions des femmes. I'm currently translating Sexton's last 2 collections, as well as the last poems she wrote, and a bunch of unpublished stuff.

One of the books I'm translating into French in 2025, for Le Castor Astral, a publishing house founded 50 years ago and which is based in Paris. I also translated Diane Seuss's frank: sonnets for them. 😍

David Bowie nous a quittés il y a déjà neuf ans aujourd'hui... Prenez un casque, installez-vous confortablement et ouvrez ces 10 heures de documentaires, d'entretiens pour plonger à la source du génie de cet homme aux mille facettes.

Birds, trees, thee.
what more can language
prove? The pain is deep,
so deep we barely notice,
subways and cenotes,
we hide from what we need.

New book: Dorothy Parker in Hollywood 💛

We keep turning the pages, hoping for something,
something like mercy or change,
a black line that would bind us
or keep us apart.
The way it is, it would seem
the book of our lives is empty.

Mark Strand, from "The Story of Our Lives"
