c) It aims to be replicable and robust, the code is meant to be used by experts and non-experts. We are excited to find out how the tool can be broken and improved! We found many gaps in the #generativeAi for bio methodologies which we hope we can address

b) It is the result of a collaborative effort with the Woappi Group who got us excited about wound healing. There are many directions to go from here, especially in the context of regeneration and cross species comparisons!

It's a particularly special project to me because:

a) It is our lab's first paper, led by my fantastic student Oz!
