sometimes I just totally fall off of social media entirely woops. it's hard to balance making games and...literally anything else, tbh.

now you can see your partner throughout the game in #CrinchureCollector! this won't change on vibes mode (because your partner is just fine!) but you can expect some...degradation in the other modes...

Ahhh yes… the never ending polishing that barely improves anything for the end game. I guess I’m not the only #gamedev struggling with that feeling 😅. What’s your loop polishing like?

I wish I had a solution - this phase is so critical to make something good but it's suffering for me...

The best I've done is set a goal of things I'll polish before sharing a build with someone - sometimes I get stuck working on things that don't really matter!

Well there aren't overall ratings for #GMTK gamejam anymore but after averaging all our ratings we ended up in the 2000s'ish out of 9k so really happy with our progress compared to our middling showing last year!

Consider working on a visual novel! Engines like RenPy are perfect for this and a 2d artist/writer should be able to make a complete experience there!
