I am currently in Stage 1, yet again 😅

The 4 stages of receiving editor notes:

1) Panic for an entire day to figure out how that mess can possibly get fixed
2) Take a day or two off, at least from that chapter
3) Come back, crack some knuckles, pick away at the solutions
4) Go "ohhhh!!" and see just how much better it is

Yet another new problem! 😩 Editor referencing back to some beta critiques on a bit of a bigger-scale problem I have in Ch 9-11... I *know* it's fixable, I'm just doing the 'initial run around in panic' right now 😓 Brain needs to calm down a bit before settling into my (separate) Ch 8 fixes...

NEW PERSONAL WORK

I had a dream I was drawing thumbnails, and - in the dream - sketched this out and titled it "The Dreamer". That was striking enough that I woke up, sketched out the thumbnail in real life, and then sat on it for like eight years. Until now!

Been so busy lately! New problem - Ch 8 still needs a rehaul! Sounds like Ch 9-11 are in a good place, but 8 is still an issue... Well, I'll do what I did when Ch 5 was not good - pull out all the necessary beats I NEED to have included to rework in, evaluate the rest, see what can get snipped.

I went from bad allergies, to a super busy weekend, to super tired in the last few days 😅 My feed's been pretty empty... I've been scrolling and lurking too much lately. Def need to write more... Tiredness also increases my rambling 😑 Still debating on if it's a good thing or not...

In Lake Mosaic, the emperor used to do most of the work, later delegating to his sons once they came of age. They now are the ones to go expand their territory (until Rev dips out).

Hope so! I got only a little bit of stuff today I needed to do, but feels like I used all my luck up yesterday 😅 It's like every time I have a really good day, it evens out the next day with striking out.

Allergies, plz! 😩 Took everything I had to go out and function today. Hoping I can do SOME revisions tonight, and still have some reading to do over the next couple of days... Need to concentrate!! 😞
