Thawed out a Sous vide rib eye while walking the dogs. Trying these cute mini potatoes steamed in this funny looking but useful steamer. Potato’s topped with sheep/goat cheese and olive oil. So pretty before mixing. So tasty after. Spinach onion balsamic walnut cranberry goat cheese salad.
