Basic Income Peterborough Network is hosting its first Hope Festival in Millennium Park on July 26 2025 from 12:30PM - 4:30PM!
This highly interactive and family-friendly festival will bring community members together to celebrate the transformative work already happening locally, and generate new ideas for collective action.
The Hope Festival will feature participatory art projects by local artists, as well as activities presented by groups doing important work in our community. We’ll also have FREE ice cream!

Hope Festival Call for Artists
Basic Income Peterborough Network is commissiining up to six art projects for the Hope Festival being planned for July 26 2025! Application deadline: May 26 11:59PM
With the support of United Way Peterborough & District through their Neighbourhood Fund, BIPN can offer $300 per project.
BIPN is open to proposals in any art form, but will prioritize projects that fall into one of three categories: music, participatory art, circus art. Please find full guidelines on our website!
Basic Income Peterborough Network’s Hope Festival will take place at Millennium Park on Saturday July 26, from 12:30PM – 4:30PM!
