We spent 10 years in Westlake (Croker Park), including during the COVID period. We had a terrasse on our roof and memories of zillions of sunrise and sunset pics. We miss it.
Protected lanes keep riders safe on the journey, but without secure parking at the destination, most potential cyclists won't make the switch. We need both pieces of this infrastructure puzzle.
