The city centre is an obvious problem spot. A few more racks on Market, Turl, Ship and St Michael's Streets would make a real difference, and I don't think would be too difficult to do?
Another few spots on Queen St would also be very useful, but obviously more challenging to locate

Two bikes locked up to street furniture because there is no bike parking near the destinations their owners have used their bikes to travel to.
Just two examples of the impact of a lack of secure & quality bike parking outside destinations in Liverpool today. Bikes are easily stolen; parking needs to be at the destination otherwise people will make their own parking.

Agree, working #PublicPumps are the exeception! We've covered them in studies on #CycleParking & always remind councils, train operators etc that they need an ongoing service contract (so do #PublicBikeTools). Just don't have a flat tyre at #Poole station 😱
