Personally they are the worst aspects of digital and the worst aspects of physical combined into the ultimate shitty product but I can just about imagine to some people that transferable physical aspect might be of value? But I can't really imagine any other way someone might think they are "better"
I preface this by saying I don't like Game Key Cards and refuse to buy them: I think there are trade-offs that are going to be more important to some people than others. The fact you can re-sell, trade, lend etc them might be of use to some people. I don't do that so that value is nil to me.
