If Dems retake either house, they must launch an investigation into this. There's no easier way to highlight the corruption of this era and to establish that Dems are committed to fighting it.
Pretty sure @wyden.senate.gov and Maxine Waters would be the chairs to do it.
My random thought for 2028: Campaigning directly to parents on the issue of closely regulating AI friend programs used by minors could be a big winning issue for a Democrat among a lot of key constituencies.
Would it be impolite to mention that Barack Obama got a deal with Iran with no bombing, no destruction, no schoolgirls killed, no US soldiers killed, no Strait closed, and no global economic crisis?
It's a choice to invite a craven lickspittle like Stefanik to come on your program and spew lies, even if you push back on them.
