I am very pleased to approach these and other questions together with Dorota Kobylinska (Warsaw), @Signe Mezinska (Riga), Flurin Cathomas (Zurich), Oli Tüscher (Mainz) and four fantastic PhD students Frédérique Maas, Julek Mituniewicz, Mara Neikena, and Sebastian Hachenberg.

Is the function of the Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB) an important determinant of human #stress #resilience? Can we pharmacologically boost BBB function? How does this relate to peripheral #inflammation? And what does it mean to use a drug with putatively protective function in healthy people?
