So often in healthcare, achievement can be over-valued with other areas de-prioritised, leading to unhappiness, stress, and burnout. 

The ACE Pie is a very simple resource to monitor and schedule in activity to maintain a balance of achievement, connection, and enjoyment activities throughout the week.

ACHIEVE - work, chores, study

ENJOY - play, fun, pleasure
Draw out the pie on Monday, and categorise activities throughout the week. Check in on Sunday, and if needed, schedule activities in the areas that were neglected for more balance the following week.
