Feedback Friday “I came to PH in a real time of need- I needed support to help control my work-related stress and anxiety. My clinician was absolutely fantastic. Talking through what had been going on helped me process what was happening, and they provided me with methods to help me acknowledge fear-based behaviours and control the worry. Without my clinician, I don't know if I would have had the confidence to leave the toxic environment I was stuck in.”
